I can’t say enough nice things about my experience with Hannah! I’m a chronic nail biter (for years), so my natural nails are a disaster, to say the least. Even with the difficult starting off point, Hannah has worked magic to make my nails look flawless every time and make sure she does everything she can to ensure I’m happy with them. She makes my nails look natural and you would never know that I have extensions. People have asked me on multiple occasions if these are my natural nails and are shocked when I say no! She is also incredibly kind and a joy to chat with during appointments. I will not be going anywhere else for my nail needs!

I visited Heritage for the first time this weekend, and Hannah is truly the sweetest and the most talented nail technician I have ever seen. She took a set of way-too-thick acrylics done in a small town and turned them into magic. Seriously, it doesn't look at all like I have extensions, which is exactly what I was going for (as someone covering up their nail biting habit). She also did my nails while exhausted from an extremely long flight a day and a half prior to my appointment, but you'd never know it, her attention to detail and quality is noteworthy enough to review on Google.Thank you so much for fixing my nails! I'll be back very soon.

Hannah is incredibly talented and knowledgeable. She truly knows her craft and she is very versatile. I always feel well taken care of! She advised me about nail health and I now have strong, healthy nails after years of damage. She is the only nail tech I go to. Highly recommend!!
