Our clothes dryer stopped drying on the weekend...ugh... so I immediately called our Hartek service person, Paul. He called me back shortly and set up an appointment for Monday. He was prompt and professional, giving us a helpful analysis and advice to move forward. I recommend him to help you in your appliance service needs.
Poul was very polite and explained everything. Repair fridge vary fast.
I used Hartek Pro before for my dryer machine and if I need i will call agien .service is nicely done .
We had a very pleasant experience with Paul from Hartek Pro who came to diagnose the issues with our dishwasher. Even though he could not save our well loved older appliance (the replacement parts were no longer available), he was competent, professional and recommended the replacement unit that was comparable to what we had. He then came to do the installation and was efficient, able to do all the extra steps for hooking it up, left our kitchen in impeccable condition and was very good at communicating and working with our schedule. The rates were reasonable and the quality of work outstanding. Highly recommend.
