I am very happy with the service, professionalism and expertise that I received from Paul at HarTek Appliance Repairs. From my initial call, Paul was very professional, he came on time on the very same day too! He showed me everything that was impacting my dryer, quoted me exactly what my cost would be and completed the whole job in the 2 hours that he estimated it would take to service my dryer. He also took the time to explain some things that I should do to make sure that my dryer runs more efficiently!! Paul was professional, punctual, and courteous. We called on a Sunday, and he came the same day to diagnose the issue.We needed to replace the circuit board in our dryer, so we paid for the parts up front, and he returned once he received the part. We paid for the service after he completed the job.All in all, he had our dryer fixed within a couple of days. Thank you, Paul!
