Fantastic customer service!!! I purchased an arrangement of Gerber daisies for my husband that began to wilt the next day, and by the day after, half the flowers were dead. Because they were a gift (and his first vase of flowers that he didn’t buy lol)I felt bad, so I contacted the company, told them the situation, and was asked to bring in the arrangement and they would replace the dying flowers... Instead I was given an entire new beautiful arrangement! It was a very nice customer service gesture that I appreciate, and I will certainly be a return customer!!!
