Great experience with Leslie Hughes for osteoporosis physio assessment and exercise programming. Leslie is very knowledgeable; she spent time doing a thorough assessment and took into account what I hoped to achieve…all in a non intimidating, warm and fun environment. Thoroughly recommend her if you are starting your osteoporosis journey and need support in developing an exercise program, including core, posture and strength and resistance training.
I have been going to the Plains Road Burlington offiice of Fit For Life Physiotherapy for several years. I have always received competent, friendly and very useful support and advice from everyone I have interacted with. The absolute best is my own physio Natalie Lehto who is a definate 5 Star Genius! Well Done!!!
