Had my first massage with Melissa, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! She is patient, thorough, professional, and personable. From the minute I met her, she put me at ease and made me feel comfortable and valued. Apart from all of her wonderful people skills, she is an outstanding massage therapist! My back and shoulders feel so relaxed and pain free. This truly is a gift!! So happy to have found this gem ?

I've been visiting physiotherapist Natalie Lehto for several months to help with chronic hip issues. She is supportive and motivating and chooses exercises that fit into my routine which makes it much easier to stay on track and see consistent results. I appreciate the collaborative approach within Fit for Life Physiotherapy and have also seen Marie Baker (osteopath) to compliment my physiotherapy. Not only are the medical support wonderful, the office staff are very pleasant and helpful. It's an all-in-one place - which I had been looking for. Great people and great place!

Wendy is an incredible physiotherapist (and all around super nice person) and has been a massive part of my healing journey. My knees got so bad I could barely walk in the early summer. I’ve been steadily gaining strength and improving my mobility and I can’t thank Fit For Life Physiotherapy enough. The facility is clean, spacious and inviting and the front desk staff are so welcoming and friendly. I would recommend anyone needing physio here!
