My dad and I have been loyal to them for nearly 40 years. They've helped us get decades of additional life out of appliances. Knowledgable receptionist, patient techs willing to educate. All around high quality humans. Most recently helped me with a pump inlet valve. Save yourself headaches and let them handle it.

The customer service representative answering the phone was so kind and attentive. In today’s world it’s a rare find. I was so grateful for the efficient service. The technician was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My stove was fixed in minutes. He was able to locate the problem immediately. I would recommend this company.

I have a only good things to say about the Fast Eddie Appliance service representatives and associates. They were professional personable and friendly and just making the appointment gave me a narrow availability window and Jared, who was my technician, came punctually. He was really helpful, explained all the issues to me, showed me online what the problem was and what I should do next…which unfortunately, meant having to replace my 6 yr old ! machine! He knowledgeably explained where best to buy the new machine the reasons for buying it at that location and when I did and needed to have all the connections disconnected by the company bringing the new machine which... read full review
