Exotic Woods is great! Fabulous selection, easy to browse through stacks of wood to get just the right pieces for your project. Prices are very fair. The staff are outstanding - knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful. They will spend as much time with you as you want/need to get your lumber. I travel 45 minutes to get my lumber there, as the experience is great and the quality of the lumber is spot on. Always my favorite store. Even when I don't need any wood, I would like to visit if I have some time. To me it is like a museum of wood. People who work here are very nice too, they are always willing to help.

I've had the best customer service experience (a few times now) I think I've ever had for online shopping/ material orders with John from Exotic Woods Inc.He is so quick and efficient with getting back to me with online orders, he sends photos of the products and all the details I could want almost the same day I ask. Then he ships it across the country the same day I pay for it! And all with a friendly voice, secure shipping packages and great rates for shipping to northern Canada. Once he knew the kind of projects I wanted to make, he selected the perfect pieces for me. If I could I'd add some more stars to this review.
