This is a fantastic gym! Becky, my trainer, is highly skilled and knowledgeable, as well as kind, supportive and approachable. She really knows her stuff, teaches me proper form, and sets me up for success. I can’t say enough about her.

The facility itself is well taken care of and has everything anyone would need for training. Very well equipped and everything appears to be well maintained.
Prices are very reasonable. The membership itself is an amazing deal for 24/7 access.
I have been at EPC for just over a month and I love this gym more than any other gym I have ever been too! I have been in many gyms over 25 years but this is the best facility ever! I’m so excited for every workout I get to do here! I’m training for Hyrox and my workouts are so seamless here!

Dinged my knee on dumb jetskii, Mike Cooke is amazing 3 visits and almost back to good already. I was fearful of surgery, Mike went into detail wrt the injury and put me on the path to recovery... staff is friendly and helpful as well ..Thanx man
