I recently had the opportunity to attend the Festivus fitness competition at CrossFit Connection with my athletes from Barrie, and I must say, it was absolutely fantastic! The event was incredibly well-organized, with everything running smoothly from start to finish. The staff, including the judges, were not only knowledgeable and experienced, but also engaging and kind, creating a friendly and supportive atmosphere. This is a great training facility for athletes and fitness enthusiasts of all levels and ages. The community (coaches and members alike) are warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about improving the health of their community while helping individuals work towards their goals.
