Great Place - Great Community - I turned 40 this year and wanted to up my fitness level and go full on weights and this place was just what I needed - Great coaches for all levels. Definitely Recommed this Cross fit Gym.
I dropped into CrossFit COL recently and had a great experience. Nat, the trainer, was super friendly and made the workout feel welcoming right from the start. One of the members, Danny, was also really personable and made it easy to feel included even as a newcomer.
At the time, I wasn’t sure how long I’d be living in Oakville, but if I ended up staying, this would definitely be the gym I’d join. Highly recommend checking it out - Ive been to many CrossFit gyms and this is an elite one.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for over two years because CrossFit Cole truly deserves it. I’ve been working out for over 20 years — from big-box gyms like Premier Fitness to specialty studios like OrangeTheory, F45, and Madabolic, Pilates to Lagree — and nothing even comes close to this place.
The energy, the community, and the coaching at CrossFit COL are something special. Every class is challenging (it always kicks my butt), but it’s also the best hour of my day — the time I take just for myself. I go five to six times a week and have never once regretted showing up.
