We’ve used Crearure Comforts twice now once for regular yearly service, the next was when we had a sensor break in furnace. Great service - we had no heat and from phone call to fixing was about 2.5hrs! They had the part in stock we needed and it was done. Friendly technicians - amazing safety feature when you book services etc. they send photos and name of technician so you know it’s safe to let them in. Prices are reasonable too: all in all, great experience and will absolutely use them going forward!
Excellent scheduled service! Let’s you know when they are coming within 2 hours, then they contact you when they are close by. Keeps stuff clean. Provides report. Provides parts of require, filters etc. then you pay at the end of the service call. Automation is great.

Definitely a 5 out of 5. Helen, Helge and Chris were a great help, as always over the last number of years. Besides providing yearly furnace maintenance, they all played a part in installing our new furnace. This is a very professional, personable and knowledgeable team. Thank you.
