I had a great piercing experience here. I was a walk-in, the staff was welcoming and kind. My piercings healed well. A few weeks later I returned for a second lobe piercing. Yes, they use a gun and do not offer alternative methods. They carefully reviewed the cleaning regimen and provided instructions to take home. The provide piercing cleaner and also sell cleaner there. Highly recommend for lobe piercings.

I got my ears pierced here and I was scared at the start. They workers are so nice and friendly. They did a great job and I don’t regret it one bit. I would definitely recommend this place over clair’s for multiple reasons!

My daughter wanted her ears pierced (spur of the moment) and Antonella was very welcoming and accommodated our request to do both ears at the same time. They made my daughter feel so comfortable, enough that she didn’t cry or get upset. We were given a certificate, sticker and a lollipop which wasn’t expected. There’s a great selection of earrings to choose from too. I would highly recommend this location to anyone with babies/toddlers looking to get this done. Thanks Antonella + the other staff member (didn’t get their name) for making this experience more than what we expected.
