I brought my 4 month old daughter here on many recommendations to get her ears pierced. I spoke with Alexis over the phone and she was happy to answer all my questions. We scheduled her appointment at first thing in the morning the following day at Alexis’ recommendation to do earlier in the day as it is calmest in the mall. We arrived a bit early and Alexis gave us the earring selection to browse through even though the store wasn’t open yet. She was patient, kind, and precise and explained the entire procedure. Great experience at this outlet. We were helped by Sheri to select a pair of ear studs for our kid and also got her piercings done. Sheri was collaborative and did the procedure patiently.
My real rating is 4.5 … taking half a star off for 2 reasons and hope they make it better-
1. The service should inform parents who call earlier to use lidocaine if needed 60 mins before the procedure ( for pain numbing), the business doesn’t offer that service. The piercing is painful and kids do get flustered. It will help them a lot to have a bit of it numbed “before” you visit. This information should be shared more proactively. We got our 8 month old babies ears pierced today with Alexis, she was so caring, kind, helpful, genuine, honest, such extraordinary customer service. She made the experience so great for us!
