A few years ago, I used carpetdeals.ca to replace the carpet in my family room and on 2 staircases. I was very happy with the service they provided and with the quality of the products and the installation. Fast forward to today, and needing to replace the carpets in my bedrooms, hallway and on another staircase, I didn’t hesitate to give them my business again. Once again, the service was excellent. They were even able to provide the exact same carpet that I had installed a few years ago. The new carpet blends seamlessly with the old. The sales rep, Dan was a pleasure to work with. He showed up at the scheduled time, took measurements and explained the process and options available to us. He ordered the carpet and kept us up to date on the arrival time of the carpet to their facility. An installation date was quickly booked at our convenience. The installers arrived on time and moved a few pieces of furniture for us. They quickly went to work removing and disposing of the old carpet and underpad.
