I work with soft tissue/joints by manipulation in order to rehabilitate, maintain, and improve your physical function and to relieve your pain. I mainly do deep tissue, trigger point, and myofascial work, also integrating joint mobilization, deep stretch, and nerve flossing throughout treatment. I treat your average Joes, athletes, post-operative patients, workers, etc. Among the many conditions I treat are sports and repetitive strain injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, and chronic pain.
