I'll start from the start. The administrative assistant with the nice glasses is absolutely wonderful and she immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable ( I am sorry I didn't ask for your name). I walked in limping, thinking that the damage I had caused could never be repaired. And so, in away, I was looking for a way to learn how to live with the pain, or a way to manage the pain. We're visiting Burlington for a few weeks and my neck was really sore with minimal mobility, quickly looked up massage places nearby and found Burlington Physio and booked with Emily Desmarais. She is awesome, fixed my neck so I could have a good night's sleep! I visited Emily again a week later for another massage and feel great. Definitely would recommend getting treatment from Emily and will come back again any time I'm in Burlington.

I stumbled upon this clinic when I was looking for treatment for a concussion. I pretty quickly realized how exceptional everyone there is. By my second visit, the receptionist knew me by name.I received Physiotherapy from Steffi Ringelberg, who was by far the best practitioner I’ve seen. The recovery process can be frustrating, but Steffi helped me at every step both physically and mentally.
