A Class Act from the Purchase to Closing . The Branthaven team was extraordinary ! The team made the experience smooth and seamless .Special thanks Sean Wadsworth for making this dream a reality . As far as the quality and esthetics of the TH, no builder compares to Branthaven . in the past what i had to pay extra for upgrades - is considered standard in Branthaven homes. The compliments on my TH keep rolling in :)

Rhonda conducted our PDI for our new apartment and was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was extremely informative and made sure every detail was clearly explained. The entire process went smoothly thanks to her professionalism and thoroughness. Rhonda didn’t spare any effort, and her prompt follow-up was greatly appreciated. We’re very grateful for her outstanding service and highly recommend her!
Our PDI was completed by Billy and Travis, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. They made us feel extremely comfortable throughout the process, thoroughly walking us through the unit and all the amenities. Their professionalism and attention to detail were impressive.
