Love this location. It stands out as a reliable and consistent spot to have my car thoroughly washed on days off and on days coming home from the office. My only feedback to management: For busy days or days where weather will increase traffic, please create a 3rd queue for customers who have monthly passes. This will alleviate having to wait 4 minutes for the car in front to make up their mind as to what service they want. You could even have someone walking up and down the queue on foot taking "advance orders" The more cars you can get through the tunnel, the better it is for business. Your throughput is there, just the customer facing side needs more continuous improvement.

DON’T MISS OUT ON THIS PLACE*** The professionalism is great, the service is detailed and excellent. The car detail was good. You will have to use a microfibre cloth after the drive thru wash, to avoid minor water spots. The washrooms were very clean, and they even have a cafe. This is an all in one service and it’s worth the money/time.

Actual service is fine yet huge upsell effort causes long delays. No bins to empty car contents into so be prepared as where you have to pile them in car does not get cleaned, my car is clean yet frustrating experience
