Arctic Spa in Burlington was WONDERFUL! As Guelph residents, compared to other stores in the area the Burlington team went out of their way to ensure we had all of our needs met as first time customers. Shawn guided us through the process and provided thorough post purchase service as well! The culture at Arctic Spa Burlington is one of customer service and we look forward to a long lasting relationship.
The entire team at the Burlington location was wonderful to us. Shawn was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and he gave us so much of his time. He went above and beyond to offer us a (more than fair) deal for a tub specific to our needs. He also gave our 3 year old a big polar bear Teddy which was such a thoughtful gesture. We chose the ‘Cub’ in black and it was back ordered but worth the wait. It also didn’t take any longer to arrive than Shawn predicted. We are over the moon with our new Hottub and we are in it every night. The salt water smells so much better than the strong chemicals we are all familiar with, the app Spa Boy is very handy, the Hottub looks so beautiful and the cover is easy to lift. (It is a great instant privacy screen as it sticks up 3 feet at the edge of the tub so be aware of this when you decide which direction to install it in.)
