Having spent months recovering from an injury, I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy a professional cut and colour (high and low lights) for many months. Ann took great care in listening and understanding what I was asking for in terms of cut and colour, and I felt that she was very precise in her work. I didn't even manage to walk in with photos of the cut or colour(s) I wanted, but she still provided a haircut I love with highlights and lowlights that are as "defined" as I wished them to be. I was in Burlington and in need of a hair cut, my brother had suggested i go by Ann's Hair salon and i am so happy i did!!! Ann gave me the best haircut of my life, no joke.
