Very pleased with the service. The Technician, Alan, was prompt, courteous & helpful. He listened to our description of the problem with our drier & he conducted tests, describing each to us, to find the problem. He tried 3 parts that he had in his truck but none would fit our drier, hence he put in an order. When the part arrived, Alan called us, near 4:00 pm on a Friday, and asked if it would be ok if he came to install the new part. We appreciate his dedication and customer service.

We had a surprise problem with our gas range where the house suddenly filled with a heavy smell of propane. Called our gas provider who promptly shut off our supply and red tagged the appliance. Called McCann and luckily a tech was working in the area. The dispatcher was able to arrange for Allan to come over later that afternoon. He diagnosed the problem (faulty internal regulator) had the part with him and had us back up and running in no time. He was very personable and sure knows his stuff. Thank you :)
