Jay isn’t just an amazing person, he’s an outstanding trainer. My best friend and I attended our very first class this week, and Jay made us feel not only comfortable, but genuinely excited to be there!

I’ve been coming here for almost 4 years now. Jay is a wonderful coach and a great guy. If you want to learn how to fight this is the place to be in Jay Kelly is also a former professional boxer with several matches under his belt.Or if you just want to get a great workout this is the place to be. I can’t explain how much this place has helped me mentally, physically and emotionally. ??
