An incredible hidden gem tucked away in the heart of Brockville. The moment you walk in, you’re hit with the nostalgic charm of an old-school boxing gym, yet greeted with warm smiles and some of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. Jay isn’t just an amazing person, he’s an outstanding trainer. My best friend and I attended our very first class this week, and Jay made us feel not only comfortable, but genuinely excited to be there!
Amazing gym, really focused on teaching the basics and fundamentals. This is not just a boxing gym, it's a club full of amazing people who love boxing and care for their community. Love this place.
I’ve been coming here for almost 4 years now. Jay is a wonderful coach and a great guy. If you want to learn how to fight this is the place to be in Jay Kelly is also a former professional boxer with several matches under his belt.Or if you just want to get a great workout this is the place to be. I can’t explain how much this place has helped me mentally, physically and emotionally. ??
