Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Always friendly and polite. The first time they came to look at my pool to open it for the summer they noted I needed an on and off valve and installed that the same day. I highly recommend Carefree Pools in Brockville Ontario.❤️

We have had our little Spa for a couple of years now and absolutely love it. We also have had amazing service from the team at Carefree. When we bought an arm to help open the spa cover it was much too big for our three person Spa. They cut it down for us in the store so that we could just assemble it ourselves at home however we just couldn’t make it work once we tried to install it, I mentioned to one of the owners at Carefree that I was having trouble with it and he said he would send some guys over to fix it. To be honest, you kinda think OK well when it happens, it happens, but they were over almost immediately. I just found them in my backyard, fixing it without... read full review
