Been going here for close to 20 years and I've never once had a bad experience. This is the only shop I will refer people to simply because I know it's consistently good service.

These people are just the best. Was on our way to Guelph,On when my truck completely over heated, and a had to be in Guelph no matter what, this day. They needed the truck for the day . Lucky I borrowed my brothers truck, and left mine there. During the day Billings Auto called me informed us what was going on with it, as they where also looking for direction on how to proceed. Shirley, and the two Mikes were professional, polite, compassionate, quick, and informative. If you live in the Brockville area and are looking for a mechanic, look no further than Billings Automotive. My truck was ready to go and we picked it up later that night. First visit and very impressed, even my mom (who is not easily impressed). Friendly staff, quick service and the owner as well as the technicians explained things in easy to understand language.
