I was in touch with Rodney by messenger several times while making plans for the book shelves I wanted and his timeline for construction. I have found it’s important to keep in regular contact especially when many companies have more than one job on the go. Once adate was agreed upon, the communication continued smoothly and the job was completed in good time. I found the owner friendly, responsive and even more important, an excellent craftsperson. We have had many compliments on his work and are thrilled with the finished product. Highly recommend.

There was a manufacturing problem with my new blinds. Rod didn't rest until a solution was found ... and he went above and beyond to make sure I'd love my blinds. I can't praise him enough for his service and knowledge -- and for being an all-round good guy!
