Worked with broker Laura Palmer out of the Brighton Ontario office. The goal was to get home and auto insurance that suited my individual needs . I have been a customer with McDougall Insurance in Brighton for 3 years now. The service from the staff has been excellent and they are always efficient in dealing with my inquiries about additional travel insurance or removing my summer ride from full service. Kristen has been great in setting things up and her support staff of Kendra and Laura just kept things going smoothly. Keep up the good work ladies.
