Kristen Fletcher as been amazing to deal with, taking the time to answer my questions and providing detailed quotes for 3 vehicles and our home. Excellent customers service skills and she pays attention to what I am saying and understands our needs. So nice to deal with after not receiving this service from our prior insurance provider that we had for many years, the fact that she also saved us a fair bit of money didn't hurt either. I highly recommend contacting Kristen.
