When someone speaks 'unclear English' to you, it means they are brave enough to learn a new language and they are able to speak at least 2 different languages.
So BRAVO to them!!

Kims Nails is a lovely salon, conveniently located on Main Street in Brighton. They are extremely friendly, and hard-working people.
