Pulled into Bell’s Garage when the hood latch on my car seized and wouldn’t close while I was driving. They came out immediately, fixed it in about two minutes, and didn’t charge me anything. Truly outstanding small-town customer service — honest, helpful, and kind. Highly recommend supporting this local business.
Eery time we stop for gas, there is exquisite service, filling our gas and helping us pay by taking our cards and returning them. We don’t even have to step out of the car. Friendly, lovely and there is indeed gas.
This company is the best automotive repair facility in the Peterborough area in my opinion. We have an older Mazda and we seem to always have something to repair on it. Bell's employees are always curtious and the technitions are very knowledgeable and quick to diagnose a problem and repair it in a timely manner. I know that they stand behind their work every time. The repair charges are very fair, honest and reasonable. Byron Bell should be proud of the service they provide so well. I also think the manager, Travis, is very good at his profession.
