We had the pleasure of working with Chloe on a number of projects when we moved into our condo. She was extremely helpful with the challenges we faced as we downsized into smaller living accommodations. We were impressed with her knowledge and creativity and she had a fresh perspective on how to translate our ideas and style into a very workable kitchen space. Chloe was a total professional at all times arriving on time for appointments and ready with samples and suggestions. From start to finish Chart is the best of the best. We did a large job putting in a legal basement apartment. Chart not only met but exceeded our expectations at every step. The staff and subcontractors were all amazing. Thank you to everyone especially to Matt, Joshua and Marley! We will be back for our bathrooms very soon.
We did two major renovations with CHART - one a basement in-law suite and one a master bedroom and bathroom upgrade.
Every member of the team was professional and respectful of our time and space. The estimate and contract process was very clearly explained, both verbally and in writing, and all of our questions were promptly and completely answered.
The communication was seamless when the project was underway: almost daily interaction with our project manager Marley was the norm.
