I purchased a new home from Empire Builder Canada in Brantford West, Ontario. Unfortunately, my experience with the builder's after-sales service and warranty support has been very disappointing.

Several issues identified during the PDI were not properly addressed, even after two years. One of the ongoing problems is a leaking bathtub in the Jack & Jill bathroom, which has not been properly resolved.

I have made efforts to get these issues addressed, but the support and follow-up have been inadequate. The situation has become even more frustrating because the warranty office has closed, and I have not received proper cooperation or assistance from the head office.

Build quality is not the greatest. Head office customer service is not the greatest (from initial sign up all the way to closing) However, the handyman doing the warranty work are great. They always come on time. The repair quality is good. Would i recommend Empire? No.

My first interaction with the sales team was amazing, Jayne was very informative and worked with us to figure out the best option for our family. Everything leading up to our closing was fantastic however that where the great customer service stop. At our closing (June 2025) we were informed by the construction team that the uneven ground in front our house will be rectify during grading which will take place Oct-Nov 2025 which was a fair timeline to us at the time.
