Shannon is an amazing massage therapist. She is attentive, applies appropriate pressure and has been so helpful in treating my upper neck and shoulder tension. She also was very helpful in treating me during my pregnancy. She has helped me learn how to massage my infant and continues to work with her, too. I’m very picky and can’t recommend her enough.

For myself and my 8 year old twin boys, going to see Shannon is something we look so forward to. Every detail is covered and walked through, especially when it comes to a treatment plan for the massage. The room has the perfect ambiance and Shannon always makes us feel so comfortable. I love chatting with her during massages as she always has something kind and positive to say. This is the same for my kids! We love that she's taught them how to advocate for themselves and what they're comfortable with.
