“I was at Sara Alteration on June 10, to attach a clip on a soft suitcase which had come apart on a trip to BC. Sara immediately fixed the strap to reattach the clip. I offered payment but she refused. This is my third trip to her store in the last year or so, twice she has done the requested work for free. The other time the work was more complicated but she only charged me a minimal amount, with service like that I highly recommend her to anybody who needs her services.
