I brought my laptop here about a month ago to get the fans replaced. I decided to wait a bit before writing a review because I'd heard businesses like this can sometimes be sketchy, but my experience was very positive. The prices felt fair, the parts arrived quickly, and I haven't had any issues with the replacements. My friend, who works in IT, said the cost of the fans plus labour was reasonable, especially considering how quickly they came in. I believe my laptop was ready within two or three days, whereas at Best Buy it would've taken around two weeks. I'm glad I came here.
I came into Scott's Computer Emporium this morning with my mom. We were having trouble with a login and some additional problems on her laptop. Scott was patient and helped us out a lot. We really appreciate it and we will be back in the future. Thank you so much!
What a really great guy. I took in the Brother printer I'd just bought at Staples which wasn't connecting to my computer, and Scott found out they had neglected to install the software on my computer to run the thing. Got it downloaded and sorted in under an hour. Kind, friendly, patient and never once talked down to me. I couldn't recommend him more.
