Charlie from Rotostatic Brantford location is prompt and efficient in responding to my carpet cleaning requests, both at my place of work (retirement home) and at my home. The rotostatic method of cleaning carpets thoroughly cleans the carpet and not the underlay, elimating stains, allowing us to walk on the carpet two hours later. The cost is more reasonable than renting a do it yourself steam cleaner, eliminating hours of cleaning carpets and returning the rental machine.
