I went there and got my pc built about a year ago, The staff is VERY friendly and they will work with you! I'm one of those annoying customers because my pc is really needed throughout my life as i use it for work as well. I decided to build another pc and had these guys do it, at first I'm going to be honest since this is an honest review i had to go back a couple of times because they put the fans facing the wrong way (the normal fans) and the cpu fans as well, because when you face them towards the front of the tower the more cooling you get but it doesn't really matter they just placed it towards the back fans well they also placed the cpu fans facing towards the...read full review

I took my computer to Personal Computer Terminal, on the advice of my daughter. I can not believe the service I got was exceptional . It didn't take them long to figure out what was wrong with it, got a phone call saying it was ready . When I went to pick it up they explained to me what they did. the quality of their service went far beyond expected and I can't say enough about it from the tec in the back to the front desk. The best place for quality service in Brantford.

My experience with at personal computer terminal was amazing I took. My pc in to get fixed it did not take them long to figure out what was wrong with it. Mike the owner is an amazing guy he gave me a great deal on a new gaming pc and my words cannot explain on how excited ? I am I definitely recommend this place friendly people fast repairs and a extensive knowledge base
