We recently purchased a printer from the store. During my visit, I needed assistance and approached a few staff members. However, they seemed preoccupied, engaging in conversations among themselves, and didn't initially find the time to help. Eventually, one staff member referred me to a colleague. I got the impression that the person assisting me was new and not very familiar with the product.I hope the store will work on improving their customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and create a positive impression that encourages repeat visits. I bought a white board that I needed to return.Little did I know that I arrived one minute before they closed!Although I am sure they were tired, Trinity and Debbie were professional, helpful and patient.Thanks ladies!Absolutely great customer service!

Been buying from here for years. We bought a Samsung washing machine. The employee who helped us was very helpful and answered all our questions! We got the machine delivered and the old one removed (included in our deal - not always included).Delivery was on time! They took the new machine to the basement and removed the old one. Seamless and great service all around. 5*.
