Decent store, every time in past 5 years I go to get something from Best Buy in brantford they have no stock and have to go to Ancaster. I just drive right to Ancaster and don’t even bother checking Brantford anymore.

Was in from out of town on work and had to get few things for work, after being ignored by a few sales associates I was greeted at the solutions desk by Alice. She was very kind, patient and knowledgeable in suggestions for what I was looking for or finding alternative options. Despite her having had just dealt with a rude customer she still greeted me with a smile and helpful positive attitude.
