I’ve been a patient of Dr. Dhillon for over 15 years, and the level of care I’ve received has been exceptional from day one. He has always been consistent, reliable, and attentive, especially when it comes to managing my ongoing medical needs.

My prescriptions have always been refilled on time, and he has never hesitated to ensure I had what I needed to stay stable and healthy.

Beyond Dr. Dhillon, the other physicians in the clinic including Dr. Gharib and Dr Galliver have also played an important role in my care. The staff are usually pretty friendly and understanding, but I feel like some of the doctors don’t care enough about their patients or spend enough time with them. Totally understand healthcare is a busy job and they see lots of people, but I do feel like spending less than 2 minutes with a patient isn’t enough time to properly diagnose them.

On top of that, trying to call to make an appointment is getting ridiculous now. I have to plan ahead when to call because they always take over 30+ minutes to be answered.

I’ve been a rostered patient with this organization since 2013, when they were still located on Shellington Lane. I moved to Brantford, needed a family doctor, and was somehow referred here. It was a good enough option then for getting in to see someone within weeks, but I don’t recall the names of any of doctors, nurses, or practitioners I saw here until I was pregnant with my first child in 2021/22. Back then, it felt like there was little consistency with the doctors on staff.
