I want to start off by saying that I have been coming to this clinic for 5 years. I had a hard time finding a family doctor for my family and myself, after moving from the GTA to Paris.My experience coming in as a walk-in patient, and for appointments to see my family doctor (Dr. Hussien) have been great. The staff are professional, respectful and polite. Most importantly Dr. Hussien, has been very patient, and caring. He truly cares about his patients and listens to them. This is my actual Dr's office. They make it impossible to book an appointment for a simple refill prescription because NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. I have to go in location which wastes my time. It is completely unprofessional. And I know for a fact that they are sending me through to an automated message because every time I call I ring for less and less. I call right at open no answer. I call throughout the day, no answer. I call every few moments, and no answer. HIRE SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE!

This clinic has excellent professional and well behaved doctors like Dr. Hussein. We have a lot of respect for Dr. Hussein .I wish I could have said the same thing about this lady sitting at the reception desk. My wife entered the clinic at 1600 hrs./Friday ( Closing time 1800 hrs.) with only 4 patients waiting to be seen by the doctor (Dr. Bashar) .My wife was experiencing back pain. This lady refused to let her be seen by the doctor saying that all the slots had been filled and she could take no more patients. I believe she may be speaking the truth. But in her conversation she was so rude and disrespectful. People dealing with the patients need to be more empathetic.
