I’ve been a rostered patient with this organization since 2013, when they were still located on Shellington Lane. I moved to Brantford, needed a family doctor, and was somehow referred here. It was a good enough option then for getting in to see someone within weeks, but I don’t recall the names of any of doctors, nurses, or practitioners I saw here until I was pregnant with my first child in 2021/22. Back then, it felt like there was little consistency with the doctors on staff.

Today was my intake appointment with Dr.Ayar. Such a kind, empathetic and caring soul. As we just met I felt a connection and a smile from his eyes. I feel blessed to be under his guidance and care . I felt immediate trust. I felt heard, not rushed., everything from the nurse, facility and staff was very pleasing to me in a modern day where we feel like numbers and not humans. This place gives me the feeling of longevity and health. Thank you, Kat .... for helping me.
I am torn over writing this review. I have had an amazing experience with front staff and most of the Drs who work here. Dr. Ayr is wonderful and I’d give him 5 stars on his own, but unfortunately multiple terrible experiences with Dr. Gharib (I would not give a single star) have soured this review.
Dr. Gharib is rude and didn’t even look at my sick 6 year old child before writing antibiotics and dismissing us. My child had to be seen about a week and a half later by another Dr that actually helped her by observing and properly diagnosing her.
