Spencer was fantastic! As first time home buyers we didnt know what to expect, Spencer was super patient and didnt get annoyed at our thousand questions. He showed us exactly what he was looking for and explained why. He was super friendly and approachable. He wasnt afraid to get his hands dirty and crawl in attics. The report we received was very easy to read, very thorough and quick! Within a few hours of the inspection there was a detailed report with clear explanations and pictures. Highly recommend!
Spencer performed the most thorough home inspection I've ever seen! The report was laid out in an easy to follow read, complete with pictures to reference. Spencer found issues we wouldn't even think to have looked for. Moisture meters, infra red pictures and drone footage added an extra layer we couldn't have done ourselves. Because of this detailed home inspection report, we were able to negotiate a deduction on our offer with the back up needed for acceptance. Well worth every penny for his knowledge and experience.
