We Googled for a mortgage broker in Brantford & called John Harker.

Great experience working with Mr. Harker. We had numerous difficulties with our lender and appraisal. Mr. Harker successfully helped us navigate all of them and we were able to purchase our first home in this uncertain interest rate environment. We are very satisfied with the entire interaction. Not sure even where to begin but about a month ago after several years of saving and searching for a home, I found the house of my dreams. Now was the time to organize getting a mortgage but even though being self employed and only income does have its advantages in life, it can be a tad challenging in this aspect.Banks wouldn’t touch me as I don’t make over 100k so not giving up I needed to find an alternate route. John Harker who was referred to me took my call that day and spent almost an hour discussing what his thoughts were to make this work. His calmness and experience made me feel it could be possible!!
