As a young femme person, I am pretty used to being taken advantage of by mechanics who know what they can get away with. Not only have I never felt this way at Ian’s garage; but he and his team have gone out of their way multiple times to ensure I understand what’s going on and why. He is honest and pushes decisions that are appropriate for the state of my car and wallet.
The only con would be that they are generally a bit busy and can take a bit to get in, but that’s a side effect of doing great work. I am very thankful to have found this garage, would 100% recommend!

Great service, did not forget me when my vehicle needed a new windshield washer pump (double port) and the part was back ordered, really GM Canada. Wait was since last year, called me as soon as it came in, arranged for it to be installed and even fixed the heat shield rattle, why do all the heat shields rattle on cars now? Just saying this is the second vehicle for this heat shield rattle issue. Anyway thank you and kudos to Ian's Automotive! You are the best in my opinion!

I had an exceptional experience at Ian’s Automotive today. I arrived in Brantford needing a pre‑purchase inspection, and after trying several other shops who were either rude or unwilling to help, Ian’s Automotive immediately understood my situation and offered to squeeze me in the same day.
Not only they inspected the first car I brought, but when I decided to bring a second vehicle, they welcomed me without hesitation.
