I just wanted to say a great thank you to the staff and veterinarian at Fairview Drive, when we put our baby boy down almost 2 weeks ago. They were very compassionate, kind and empathetic. We just got our babies ashes back this morning although I couldn't go in (because I would have balled) my husband said the one technician came out crying while holding him to give him to my husband. These are the types of people I expect to be working in a veterinarians office. I will definitely be coming back when we decide the time is right for another fur baby in our lives. I don’t normally rate anyone…but this clinic deserves it! This “work family” of Vets and staff really care about your fur baby! They really will do everything to be there for you and your furry friend. Recently we had a serious emergency on a Saturday and Dr Mann (not our primary vet at this clinic) stayed to help us. My pup was in serious pain with one of his many recurring complicated health issues. This veterinary team stepped up and gave us (me too) expert care. My Doggo was on the mend so fast our weekend was saved! We noticed that the staff here always follow up after each of our vet visits to make sure the little patient is doing well. We noticed an issue with our 4-year-od cockapoo's eye first thing in the morning after he got back from his usual morning walk, around 9:00am. Made the call to Fairview around 9:40am. They asked us to send photos, and based on that, they recommended we bring Gus in. He was booked in for a 1:30pm appt that same day (he was fine while waiting at home). Turns out, he had scratched his eye and had a tear (a temporary issue). Dr. Mann did a dye test and my partner was able to take a photo and show me when they returned home.
