My experience with Fairstone was mostly done through phone conversations, the agent that assisted my son and I was Jordan. She was and has been absolutely amazing. Her patience and thoroughness was outstanding. Knowing our unique situation & that we may not follow through with activating the loan she still helped us so diligently. Remained in contact with us with updates and to receive ours. I can't speak for Fairstone as a whole but I can speak for Jordan and she was delightful and made the process so much easier.
