My Reliance water heater died. The Reliance service tech said it needed to be replaced. Since I was already contemplating buying rather than renting, this was a good a time as any, but it put me in a time crunch. It's November and the weather is now cold, so my family of 5 can't go long without hot water.
I got several quotes, and Crystal was the only one able to rush the install. Trevor came out within the hour to inspect, and the install was scheduled for the next morning. You can't get faster service than that!
