Im so impressed. Went to Changes and had Chris do my hair. I showed her a picture of my goal for a hair style I was working toward. I thought I'd have to go short first then wait. Well, Chris not only achieved my goal and gave me my goal hair cut, but it was also excellent customer service. She is so personable and so nice. I won't go anywhere else. All the ladies there are awesome and go above and beyond. Very happy with my experience and will be back
