So when my truck was having too many problems to count and I couldn't drive it anymore, I called them and brought it down. We did a new engine swap and other parts needed to be replaced. I knew that I was bringing my truck to someone that would be thorough and fair on pricing. Today I brought my truck home and I am EXTREMELY happy with the work they did. I know I really got what I paid for and their work is under warranty. My overall experience with Dave's Auto was perfect! they took the time they needed and not a second longer. “Ian and his staff go that extra mile.I brought my Cherokee in on Friday February 2nd at noon for an oil change, and to check out a “service park brake” warning and on a couple of occasions my ABS light came on along with the traction control light.I got a call from Ian telling me the not so good news that I needed two rear bearings (I was told one was starting to go on a prior visit) and sensors. Which have to be ordered still. I explained to him that my girlfriend and I were leaving for a little road trip and leaving Wednesday morning but that I understood that it may be a much later start time on Wednesday than our expected departure time.To make a long story short, I got a call at around 3:15pm Monday the 5th saying it is done and ready to be picked up. Plus it was close to $300 cheaper than what I had expected.Thank you so much to Ian and his amazing staff.I highly recommend Ian’s Automotive if you want excellent workmanship, excellent customer service, excellent attention to detail and all at an excellent price!Thanks again!
